Beige Ahimsa pure raw silk kimono robe. Soft and light fabric with rustic texture. Easy to wear on a special occasion, city walk and at home. Two belts on the sides making it possible to wear it in three different ways.

Cocoons for this silk fabric were collected by hand in the north of India after the butterfly already had left. It got its name from a Hindi word 'Ahimsa' which means 'Non-violence'. This method does not kill the silkworms to extract silk. It is also known as peace or vegan silk.

MATERIAL AND CARE
The robe is made from Raw Ahimsa silk. It's a rustic handwolven fabric, some pilling may occur naturally. It's is not as shiny and glossy as normal Mulberry silk, by texture it might look similar to linen, yet has all qualities of silk.
Hand wash separately carefully in cold water with a special silk detergent. Avoid spraying perfume or deodorant on the fabric and don't dry silk on direct sunlight.
